Apply for a commercial pest account

Capture-mode note: this endpoint may return a simulated typed refusal (CREDIT_HOLD, SITE_AUDIT_SCHEME_UNSUPPORTED, SLA_TERM_CONFLICT) to exercise refusal-state handling.

Frequency must be stated explicitly — "as required" is not a valid frequency for an audited account.

Approximate number of traps/stations needed across all sites

Billing authority does not imply entry, notice, or treatment authority at any site. Site access and treatment approvals must be granted separately by each site's designated contact.

All applications use EPA-registered products according to the label, applied by state-licensed technicians. We never describe a pesticide as safe, non-toxic, or chemical-free.

Request a site inspection

Capture-mode note: this endpoint may return a simulated typed refusal (OUT_OF_SERVICE_AREA, NO_ACCESS, WEATHER_BLOCKED, DUPLICATE_INSPECTION_PENDING) to exercise refusal-state handling.

Termite and wood-destroying-organism treatment can only be authorized after an inspection — a recommendation from this visit is not application authority.

Gate code, lockbox, or other entry instructions

Some inspections (general pest) are free. Termite/WDO and real-estate (WDI) inspections may carry a fee — you will be told the exact fee, if any, before your inspection is scheduled.

This visit produces findings and a recommendation only. It does not authorize any pesticide application. Treatment requires a separate proposal and a signed agreement first.

Any treatment we later propose uses EPA-registered products according to the label, applied by a state-licensed technician. We never describe a pesticide as safe, non-toxic, pet-safe, or chemical-free.

Report a callback / service concern

Capture-mode note: this endpoint may return a simulated typed refusal (OUTSIDE_WARRANTY_WINDOW, ROOT_CAUSE_PEST_MISMATCH, COVERAGE_DENIED) to exercise refusal-state handling.

Report an incident

Incident reports are permanent and append-only. Submitting a follow-up creates a new linked entry — nothing here can be edited or deleted once submitted.

Reschedule an upcoming visit

Capture-mode note: this endpoint may return a simulated typed refusal (WEATHER_BLOCKED, NO_ACCESS, OCCURRENCE_ALREADY_DISPATCHED, REQUESTED_WINDOW_UNAVAILABLE) to exercise refusal-state handling.

Skip an upcoming visit

Capture-mode note: this endpoint may return a simulated typed refusal (OCCURRENCE_ALREADY_DISPATCHED, SKIP_LIMIT_REACHED) to exercise refusal-state handling.

Skipping keeps your plan active and simply removes this one upcoming visit. Your plan resumes on its normal cadence at the next scheduled visit.

Suspend my plan

Capture-mode note: this endpoint may return a simulated typed refusal (AGREEMENT_NOT_ACTIVE, MINIMUM_TERM_NOT_MET) to exercise refusal-state handling.

Suspending pauses billing and visits but keeps your agreement and pricing in place — it does not end your agreement. Minimum-term agreements may limit how soon you can suspend; this will be confirmed before you submit.

Terminate my service agreement

Capture-mode note: this endpoint may return a simulated typed refusal (EARLY_TERMINATION_FEE_ACKNOWLEDGEMENT_REQUIRED, AGREEMENT_ALREADY_TERMINATED) to exercise refusal-state handling.

Submitting this form satisfies your agreement's cancellation-method requirement — no phone call is needed.

Cancel one upcoming visit

Capture-mode note: this endpoint may return a simulated typed refusal (OCCURRENCE_ALREADY_DISPATCHED, OCCURRENCE_NOT_FOUND) to exercise refusal-state handling.

This cancels only the single upcoming visit identified above. It does not cancel your recurring plan — your next scheduled visit will proceed as normal.
