Termite/WDO concerns and active bed bug infestations are handled through Request a Site Inspection or Request Urgent Service, not a recurring plan.

We apply EPA-registered products according to the label, by state-licensed technicians. Any re-entry interval will be told to you before treatment, and label/SDS sheets are available on request. EPA registration is not a safety finding, and we never describe a pesticide as safe, non-toxic, pet-safe, kid-safe, or chemical-free.

Your first visit is priced separately from your recurring visits and is typically higher because it includes a full initial treatment. Both prices will be shown before you confirm.

Recurring pricing may change with advance written notice before your next billing cycle.

Termite and wood-destroying-organism treatment can only be authorized after an inspection — a recommendation from this visit is not application authority.

Some inspections (general pest) are free. Termite/WDO and real-estate (WDI) inspections may carry a fee — you will be told the exact fee, if any, before your inspection is scheduled.

This visit produces findings and a recommendation only. It does not authorize any pesticide application. Treatment requires a separate proposal and a signed agreement first.

Suspending pauses billing and visits but keeps your agreement and pricing in place — it does not end your agreement. Minimum-term agreements may limit how soon you can suspend; this will be confirmed before you submit.
